What is a coworking space?
The short answer is this: A coworking space provides a flexible, shared office environment where you can thrive and get work done.
But coworking spaces, like Bright Coworking, provide more than just office space. For some, they are sanctuaries from the noise and distractions of home so you can really be productive. For others, they are community centres where you can share skills and ideas with coworkers you never had before.
What are the benefits of working in a coworking space?
Everyone from self-employed freelancers and business owners to big corporate teams find coworking spaces useful. Why? Because coworking offers flexibility and a better work-life balance.
That’s not all, it gives you the opportunity to work in an innovative environment alongside people with a huge range of skills. So, you gain instant access to skills you never knew your business needed.
Do I need to be a member to use Bright Coworking Space?
No. You can pay for a casual pass. This is a great option if you’re on holiday in Bright and still need to tick off a few work tasks.
If you think you’ll use the space on a more regular basis, check out our membership plans starting from just $125 a month.
How far in advance do I need to book?
During the COVID-19 restrictions, we request that you book at least 24 hours before you plan to use the space. This helps us manage the capacity.
How fast is the internet?
We get it – fast, reliable and secure internet is essential if you want to get any work done. That’s why we are excited to have high-speed NBN.
Where is Bright Coworking located?
We’re relocating in 2021 - stay tuned for details of our exciting new space.
What should I bring to work at Bright Coworking Space?
Bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to work from a coffee shop, library or similar space.
A few things you won’t need to bring are internet, printer, armchair, standing bench, fridge, phone pod, and tea – we’ve got them covered!
Due to COVID-19, we ask that you bring your own coffee mug 🙂
I'd love to check it out. What do I do?
Simple – get in touch and we’ll show you around.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! We love dogs. Simply book in your dog for $5 a day. To minimise distractions, we only allow one dog in the space per day.
I talk on the phone a lot. Is that going to be a problem?
No, our space works on mutual respect. If you have a conversation that turns private, feel free to step into the phone pod, go outside, or into our meeting room.
If you’re on your phone all day non-stop or have a conference call scheduled, we recommend booking our awesome meeting room or using our fancy phone pod.
